Why not get something up against ICANN? As far as I see it, we prevented
the government from running the Internet by letting the government run the
internet. Typical govvernment-style bureaucrats in my opinion. Right now
they're still kissing NSI/Verisign's collective rear-end, and without some
major change in leadership I don't see that being different. Eventually the
mass exodus of customers from NSI will result in domains being locked
PERMANENTLY as a way of keeping another registrar from getting them. This
is ridiculous. Either get NSI to fly straight or don't let them register
any more names; let them do nothing but run the registry.
