I'm very interested in learning of the resolution of this issue. I recently discovered that a handful of my domains are still registered through TotalNIC/CORE and I would like to transfer them to OpenSRS ASAP. The first domain I tried transferring was denied, although I have successfully transfered numerous domains from TotalNIC/CORE to OpenSRS in the past.
