would i be correct to say - according to this 3.3. Public Access to Data on Registered Names on the REgistrar Accreditation Agreement (http://www.icann.org/registrars/ra-agreement-17may01.htm) - that registrars *must* have a publicly searchable whois that would reveal admin/tech/contact names/numbers/emails, etc?
Is there ay other link to the ICANN (or is it INTERNIC?) rules for registrars?
