I just did one of these recently... you just need to know the username and password for the profile the customer wants the domain in. In our case, the customer's e-mail address was wrong in whois so he never received the opensrs confirmation. He updated the e-mail at his registrar (godaddy) and I offered to resubmit the transfer request. Since I had to start over from scratch to pick up the new e-mail address, I just manually placed the transfer request via the RWI. I entered the original order ID in the "from order id" field and everything was filled in for me, except the username and password. If you want to tie the transferred domain to an existing profile, just enter the previous domain, username and password instead of the old order id. This method was quick painless and an easy workaround until opensrs gets the automated resubmission feature fixed.
