at netsol, a client is unable to pay for his domain 
because he does not have the password anymore, 
and doesn't remember the test-question/answer.
the help-chat there seems always closed, emails don't get answered.
he would like to renew and then move it away.
two transfer requests were already rejected by netsol, 
despite the admin email replying swiftly and acknowledging.
