Yes, I guess I should clarify:

If someone has lost the domain password and the admin email address is not
valid anymore and if the registrant information was specified as (for
"security/privacy" sake) as Not Myname, 123 anystreet, nowheresville, USA,
800-555-1212, then the domain cannot be renewed and has been forever lost.

the help-chat there seems always closed, emails don't get answered.
he would like to renew and then move it away.
two transfer requests were already rejected by netsol,
despite the admin email replying swiftly and acknowledging.
