It appears the key to the mystery is what domain is the parent domain in the
profile. From what I'm reading it looks to be you're logging in with a
child domain in the profile.

Subject: Profile ID problem

Has anyone ever experienced this problem?
Log into the Reseller Interface, Click on Search Domains then "results to
HTML page". Then after selecting a domain, scroll to bottow where the link
is for Emailing the login information to the Admin Contact.
BUT, when that emailed information is emailed to the Admin Contact and
used to log into the Manage Domain interface, it's only recognized as a
"SUB-USER"
This is happening to one of MY domains because I had forgotten the
original Profile it was created under and subsequently had a Hard Drive
Crash which resulted in me not having the original email sent to me when the
domain was created.

If you've had this problem, what was done to fix it?
