The profile I use to manage this domain is the same profile I use to manage 11 other domains. BUT, when I use this profile to log into the domain in question, it only recognizes it as a sub-user. Once I log in, I can edit all the information except the "profile" and "reseller contact" information. Since I am the Admin contact for it, I've logged into my Reseller Interface to email myself the login information, but it sends me the profile/pw for the profile I use to manage the 11 other domains. That profile works for the other domains but this ONE domain, it will only give me sub-user access....
Anyone else have any ideas?
