Go to http://www.crsnic.net and do a lookup on the domain.
The results will tell you who the registrar actually is.

If it's *not* Network Solutions, tell 'em to pound sand.

Otherwise, it's probably best to pay them, wait 46 days,
then re-transfer. (The 46 days is to get past the 45
day waiting period during which the transfer would proceed,
but you'd lose the year you just paid for).

Subject: NIC tracking number for transfer?

Hi,
A client transfered successfully one month ago a domain name from netsol to
tucows.
Today, since 15 days, netsol wants to charge the client, telling that the
domain is always under netsol.
Actually Netsol asks for NIC tracking number of this domain name.
Anybody knows how to do for getting this NIC tracking number? Is this th
order number?
