But as someone pointed out, the "WorldNIC" name servers indicate that Network Solutions are providing DNS services for this domain. This indicates that they are (or were) probably also providing hosting services, such as their single page "dot com biz card" service with e-mail forwarding. I'm afraid your customer may be a little confused. If he's using NSI's "value added" hosting service, and renewed the domain name with you, he's probably expecting the hosting and e-mail forwarding will continue. If he doesn't pay NSI, it won't.
