Bloody unreal. First, since we already ordered the CERT for members.easydns.com several months ago, I find it a little stupid that we have to fax in our articles of incorporation for new certs inside the same easydns.com domain again.
It wouldn't be so bad if they'd issue the damn certs after you faxed in, one thing about Thawte, they may have been expensive but they were blindingly fast. Then you call Entrust and get an answering machine from the sounds of it, not even voice mail.
