Chris,

We found the source of this problem; it would have been happening
intermittantly since our system move (but not ALL the time). It was tricky
to track down, since it wasn't happening all the time. We got some
information offlist that it was approximately 2 or 3 times out of 10 (when
forcing a reload of the page) that would cause this issue, and it was ONLY
with the transfers page. Our own investigation showed that the problem rate
was actually less than 1% of visits to this page; some customers may have
experienced different mileage if they happened to be connected to a
problematic process.

Apologize to Dave for the inconvenience, let him know that this interface
has been live for almost 2 years, and we thank him for his feedback as it
helped us track down this problem.
