I wholeheartedly agree with Lars regarding this issue. I would also suggest
a web based solution like http://www.vbulletin.com/ . If we use
http://www.vbulletin.com/ it will much easier to follow conversations and
we'll all be able to access the discussions from any computer......not just
when we have email access. OpenSRS could make some of the forums public and
some just for current resellers.
