for .biz though?? .biz is LIVE. I think it's talking about the pre live, pre-reg's. I register .biz all the time, and they are all available for use, instantly. I then only have to wait for the Nameservers to be propagated, then my domains and customers domains all work.
It must be talking about something else, or maybe its OLD content that was never changed, when they did go live.
