Yes, I to find dealing with CIRA for just about anything many orders of magnitude more difficult than Verisign-NSI. Perhaps if the members of the CIRA board had to change an organization name on a domain, transfer it, register a new domain for a municipality, etc., etc., things might change.
If I had a choice, I would simply not offer .ca domains at all. And this wholeTBR registration period is repleat with holes, oversights and issues. I feel yourpaid man. However, dealing with OpenSRS is an absolute pleasure, so I can put up with all the incompetence, for now...
