Hello,

Today a transfer of a domain name has been cancelled again.
I tried to transfer this domain the 5th time now.

Every time the customer confirmed the transfer on our
openSRS Transfer page, thats true, we had the right status
for this transfer.

Every time the customer told us, that he replied to the
netsol/veri$ign mail exactly as shown in the email

Every time the transfer has been cancelled by the current registrar:
(Last declined date: Tue Jan 29 14:34:41 2002
Domain transfer declined by current registrar: Network Solutions, Inc.)

We had a lot of transfers in the past, and if they were declined there
was a reason for it, or otherwise the transfer worked within several
days.

Does anybody know what happens here, or what I can do that this
transfer works? Is it possible, that the current technical contact
of the domain name is blocking the transfer?
