It's a factor in the decision calculus. For that specific domain (tzq.com), it's not as valuable as some others in my portfolio, so I left it there for now just to preserve working capital (moving it over means $10 spent right away). It'll move to OpenSRS in the coming months. For more valuable names, the registry-lock becomes a bigger issue, although it's counter-balanced by some other reasons (e.g. I live in Toronto, and it might be good for some legal reasons to have the domain at a Canadian registrar).
