As stated by this email, there are definitely some policy concerns we have.
We will be meeting over this week (and part of next) to ensure all our
concerns (and yours voiced here) are addressed accordingly.

Until then, this project has been deferred.  It may still be launched on the
expected date, but there might be some alterations to how the feature will
be implemented.
