One of our customer's domains got 'hijacked' for the SECOND time. I was notified by my customer 'Fri, 15 Mar 2002 16:51:57 -0700'. When calling OpenSRS to try and get this straightened out before the weekend we were told that nobody will be availble until Monday. So my customer, who has PAID for the use of this domain, must do without it until Monday. That does NOT sound like good customer service to me.
The domain is jasoningram.com, and I presume that the Christian singer 'Jason Ingram' thinks he has more intitlement to this domain than MY CUSTOMER, who has been using it for years. My customer is not too happy with this, especially since this is the SECOND time it has been hijacked form him. I wonder what gOD thinks about this? I wonder if Jason Ingram the Christian singer even knows about this, or if its just something his PR-nutz did FOR him? Is there any way to get resolution of this sooner?? -- David Denney | D i m e n s i o n a l C o m m u n i c a t i o n s | [EMAIL PROTECTED] | DSL * Wireless * ISDN * Frame * ATM * PtP * Co-Lo | 303-285-INET voice | http://www.dimensional.com/ [EMAIL PROTECTED] | 888-3-DIMCOM tollfree | Based in Denver, serving the Front-Range and beyond | ...they can have my ssh when they pry the keyboard out of my cold, dead hands!
