I am still waiting to hear the details surrounding the "Hijacking"
of this domain.
David? can you let us know "how" this hijacking was preformed.
I would certainly be interested in finding out what happened to protect my
customers from this same fate.

I personally have no issue with the Monday morning thing.
With an issue as important as this I would want the correct people dealing
with it weather that be specialists or the legal department.
I would personally be very concerned if OpenSRS just flippantly complied
with your request to change ownership without proof and verification.
This may be an inconvenience to you and your customer but I think its worth
it to insure the system protects all domain holders from fraudulent attempts
to "Hijack" domain names away from there true owners.
