Hi all, We've had two different registrars (Verisign and Domain Bank) decline transfers on the same day. And these were the SECOND transfer request for both!
What am I missing? I've informed my clients that they should approve any confirmations from these registrars and as far as I can tell, they are. Actually, one client claims that Verisign never sent them any sort of confirmation. Both transfers were requested a few days BEFORE their renewal was due to expire but both have since expired. As far as I knew, we could still transfer a few days beyond the expiry date. The Verisign client's domain expired on March 12th and they've declined the transfer twice in one week. The Domain Bank client's domain expired on March 9th and that one, too, was declined twice. ugh! Is any of this normal? Anyone else experiencing this? Did I miss a memo about transfer dates? Does this make me look fat? Your help would be most appreciated ;-) MC
