Actually if it expires I belive they don't have to allow you to transfer it,
instead you have to renew it with them, and If I am not mistaken, if you
transfer it within the first 45 days you lose the excess time on it.

Yeah, it's a monopoly. They should be careful, cause eventually the Mob will
be online, and if you try to pull that off on them, uh,
someone will end up in bed with a "HORSE". lol

One reason I avoid all ties with Netsol!!
