There is no WHOIS in the sense of ownership information. However there is a directory service of registered Keywords. Just type "Lookup keyword" where "keyword" is the thing you want to find, in the IE browser. If you add a country code after "Lookup" that will limit the list to Keywords in that country. For Example "Lookup US AIDS" for all Keywords that are related to AIDS in the US Namespace, or, "Lookup AIDS" for all Keywords related to AIDS, across all 244 namespaces.
