If it helps anyone, here's the message we've added to ours:

-----

===== IMPORTANT NOTE ====================================================

If you do not know why you received this message, someone may be trying
to transfer your domain name against your wishes.

Recently, a number of companies have been sending "domain name expiration
notices" to our customers in the hope that you will pay the notice,
thinking it is from us.

If a "renewal notice" doesn't say "COMPANY NAME" on it, it is not
from us; instead, it may be a misleading solicitation designed to get you
to transfer your domain name service to another company. Two companies in
particular that have been doing this recently are "Domain Registry of
America" and "Verisign".

If you received a notice from such a company and sent them a "renewal"
fee (thinking the notice was from us), you should immediately decline
the transfer by following the instructions above, then contact your
credit card company to stop the payment.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

-----

You'll want to change "COMPANY NAME" to your company name.

You set the message in the RWI by clicking "Transfer Management", then
End-User Messaging -> "Transfers Away From Your Account".
