Greetings, We run into a situation and don't quite know how to respond.
A client transferred a domain to us, but the email address he provided was in error. Hence, the Opensrs transfer confirmation message was bounced. Since we log everything to database, I know that the customer provided alternate email addresses in billing/technical contacts. What would be the best way to approach this situation?
