OpenSRS sends the transfer message to the admin contact
that's CURRENTLY associated with the domain (i.e., WHOIS),
*NOT* to the one that the registrant provides when they
submit the transfer request.

As long as the domain's current admin email address is
correct, they'll get the transfer auth message.

In the RWI, you can check the order to see where the auth
message was sent, and even re-send it if they haven't
yet responded.

If the email that's on the domain is wrong, they need to
contact the current registrar to correct it, and either you
need to cancel the transfer order or they need to wait for
it to time out, then resubmit the transfer.

Subject: Bounced transfer message

Greetings,

We run into a situation and don't quite know how to respond.

A client transferred a domain to us, but the email address he provided
was in error. Hence, the Opensrs transfer confirmation message was
bounced. Since we log everything to database, I know that the customer
provided alternate email addresses in billing/technical contacts. What
would be the best way to approach this situation? Ask Opensrs to resend
the transfer request to the alternate email addresses?

Thanks,

Tom Peng
