The OpenSRS confirm message gets sent to the admin contact email address
which is currently on record. If your client no longer has access to that
account, he needs to make that change with the current registrar before the
transfer will proceed.

The contacts in the transfer request are implemented AFTER the transfer
only, and can easily be changed by logging in to the manage module. It being
wrong will not affect the transfer.

Subject: Bounced transfer message

Greetings,

We run into a situation and don't quite know how to respond.

A client transferred a domain to us, but the email address he provided
was in error. Hence, the Opensrs transfer confirmation message was
bounced. Since we log everything to database, I know that the customer
provided alternate email addresses in billing/technical contacts. What
would be the best way to approach this situation? Ask Opensrs to resend
the transfer request to the alternate email addresses?

Thanks,

Tom Peng
