Hi Jacqui, I'm pretty certain the post I put up contained the whole questionnaire. There were either radio buttons or check boxes beside many choices which didn't get included but they're pretty easy to discern where they should be.
In that the pages are generated using ASP they aren't easily spidered although I could send you the HTML of each page instead of the text if you prefer. Tell me... Tucows considering a similar campaign?
