I've notice that sending support questions to this email seems to vanish or
I never get a response whether it was received. read etc.  Anyone else
having the same problem?   For example I emailed support about their broken
and expired links in the support_faq and it was never fixed.  They simply
told me it was redirected, completely ignoring the fact i emailed them that
their links for the files are gone or does not exist.
