We make regular announcements regarding the existence of the "special" address. We maintain [EMAIL PROTECTED] but turnaround time isn't any near as fast as the other address, since that queue takes preference.
I'll get the Support FAQ looked into this week. There is also a feedback link on the new website to help us compile and deal with errors on the site.
