If you aren't able to authorize the messages (As being from an RSP), then drop them into the low priority [EMAIL PROTECTED] queue.
Worst case, (Interface is down, unregistered RSP addresses, secret support address becomes public, whatever), the messages get handled, just more slowly. No damage done.
