Perhaps another good solution would be to add all email support for resellers to
the RWI interface. Resellers log in to be able to write email.

Answers will be also store in the password restricted area.
(As an option, reseller may choose to receive a reply to the
personal email)

There would be also another big advantage, if this email system
is using a database.

You might look up all (stored) emails to reseller-only-support and the answers like
