Ok we dealt with this once before -
It appears that your customer bought the domain via Verisign reseller -
but that reseller did not pay their bill, so Verisign blocks the WHOLE
enchilada - I have no solution to this but advising your customer to
whip out the proof of payment to whomever they paid for the domain
originally and then have them call customer support at Netsol - tell
them to get insistant and ask to be send to second level Customer
Support - because first level is just an outsourced Support Company
either in Los Angeles or Canada while second level is still in NSI
offices .. that is til this Thursday when Verisign will lay off the
remaining 530 NSI employees ..... See http://nsihorrorstories.com - I
would not expect much help from Verisign customer support right now as
things are really shaken due to planned layoffs
