In my (quick, unscientific) poll of users about whether I should add locking/unlocking to my manage.cgi, I received the unanimous response that they did not want the ability to unlock their domain to be available through the manage.cgi at all (i.e. so the domain can only be locked/unlocked by me through the RWI). The reasoning being that this way someone cannot steal their domain even with the password.
