We've already got things in place to get the SF code out sooner - we tried sharing sooner, but some last minute crunch changes made the SF code delay a little more than we expected. You should find, in the future, that things are getting better on that regard.
About upgradeability - do you find minor revisions are easy to upgrade, just huge jumps that are a problem, or was there something integral that changed that hampered your upgradeability?
