Hi all, For the record, I just received word from another of our customers that their SSL Cert has gone unprocessed since -- get this -- April 2. Now I see that without my pervasive hand-holding, requests will indeed be completely dropped and forgotten by Entrust. The status for this request is "Pending Employment Verification." Well, there's ONE phone call... What's the excuse for the rest of the holdup?
