I wouldn't get too upset, I filed for me renewal with Thawte for the cert on
March 20th, they took out the funds from my credit card on March 27th.  The
cert was scheduled to expire on April 1.   They still haven't renewed the
certificate and it's what nearly May.   I faxed more info to them such as
business license, letterhead, my blood and they still say we may need more.
(ok kidding on the blood)  Now they send me a letter saying the renewal has
been pending for too long and they may forfeit, yes FORFEIT my funds for
failure to send proper information.   Is that bunch run by Verisign or
WHAT?!
