our current setup in conf file

allow_renewals => 1,
allow_auto_renewal_message => 0,
this leads me to believe that we can allow renewals via manage.cgi and
prevent autorenewals
but it does not seem to be the case.
Both renewals and auto-renew options appear on customer's screens via
manage.cgi
but when I attempt to renew the domain, system returns no error but the
domain renewal request does not end up in pending orders nor it gets
renewed - such request simply does not go through?
Our RWI is set to pend new domains and pend renewal requests
Anyone solved this issue?
