Hi Ross, Yes, actually I believe I've already found it. I was looking for something covering the Registrars responsibility of allowing the registrant access to a mechanism for domain data modifications. I believe the Registrar Agreement section 3.3.2 vaguely covers this. Is there anything else that you know of? Register.Com has once again downed the interface from my web site that my customers with domains still there at RCOM use to do domain management. Thanks, Mark
