It sounds like 3.3.2 is your best bet. The problem is that unless *you* have
name (or names) with them (as the registrant) you don't have privity to the
contract, so getting enforcement will be difficult unless you get your
customers involved.

If you decide to go this route, you may wish to collect specific complaints
and then take them directly to ICANN for action if RCOM is unresponsive.
