Same here for another customer, except CC chargeback was completed....
Eventually, I figure chargeback prices will eventually outpace
revenues... :)

And, yes, we've locked all names as well.

We just had a customer with 10 domains who mailed in check for 2 year
renewal to DRA
DRA cashed the check already but we were able to stop the transfer
1) customer declined the transfer when he received email from OPENSRS
2) customer called DRA - notifying them to issue a refund immediately
since he had no intention to transfer registrar and was led to believe
he is simply renewing with original registrar
3) customer mentioned FTC complaint and Postal Service fraud complaint
to DRA to expedite the refund process

4) we are locking his domains based on his approval to prevent this from
happening in the future
