We're in progress currently. Since we have several projects on the go (.name go live, .us renewals and transfers) we're bundling things to make transition easier. Due to this, .biz transfers will be available in the last week (or so, exact date to be announced) of June, along with .us renewals and transfers (and various other bits, including the current maintenance cycle - details to come).
