Allwhois is not universal. The only domains they could hope to provide any accuracy for is domains registered at their registrar (Alldomains). Your posting shows that this is the case. There is no universal whois database *anywhere*, no matter what some companies marketing departments may claim. What you need to do is use the domain extension to check the actual registry of the domain in question. Some registries will provide the information you seek, others won't due to privacy concerns (per laws or otherwise).
