I hope that TUCOWS launches a vigorous defense (and offense) in response
to this.

Even the most cursory reading of the USPS code shows that the mailings
sent by DROA are illegal. Several of our customers have told us they were
tricked -- yes, tricked -- by the DROA mailings into renewing a domain
name with DROA instead of with us because they thought the renewal notice
was from us, or from some kind of central agency. These customers were
angry enough that I'm quite convinced that they would sign an affidavit
to that effect.

This could be the time for TUCOWS to try to get an injunction to stop
DROA from sending the misleading notices. Someone needs to put a stop to
this nonsense; GoDaddy and BulkRegister have taken on VeriSign, and it's
clearly time for someone to take on DROA.

(I also hope that TUCOWS lawyers help Register4Less with their defense,
as they presumably will need assistance.)
