Well, there was a list of 17,000+ names for LR2 for .info.... I'm sure
many of them were lucrative, some were "ok", the rest were junk (or not
worth vying for in this phase).

Anything not awarded/selected during this phase drops back into the pool
(I think that was expressed earlier) - I believe it's the same as what
happened during .biz "2b"
