This is why these "sunrise" "pre-registration" and "landrush" games should never happened.
No matter what system registries and registrars have tried to play with, none has been able to make a credible claim that they are more fair than the most simple and basic first come first served. Then there can be no accusations of shenanigans, you simply have to accept that you were not the first person in line and deal with it.
