It wasn't an accusation - Mike said he "sifts through" mail sent to the
address he lists in his reseller whois information every two days.  It has
been my experience that the reseller whois information is occasionally used
by domain name registrants to contact us about their domain name
registrations.  Maybe your customers behave differently.

I understand the original complaint was that OpenSRS was sending
correspondence to the reseller whois information email address, and not the
system announcements or other reseller contact email address, causing the
correspondence to be lost.  My point was only that mail sent to the reseller
whois email address, if one is listed, should not be ignored.  (I no longer
list an email address in the reseller whois information, only a URL.)

Sorry to have not been more clear (actually I'm sorry I ever responded to
this thread).

Can we all at least agree that spam is bad?
