Perhaps chargeback the NetZero payment, and see if yotu can renew with NetSol directly? Then initiate the transfer. If you can't chargeback the NetZero payment, then look into a chargeback with NetSol if required. Keep documentation showing the original expiry date at NetSol before and after the NetSol payment, and if they don't extend it, then I suspect it's a valid chargeback, although I'm not 100% sure about that. -- The nice thing about standards, there is enough for everyone to have their own.
