Ross:

When are the spotchecks going out to the customers.  I know that you said
the next couple of days, does that mean no later than Monday?  I have one
that I was notified about and the customer claims he never transferred it
away and wants it transferred back.  I told him that Tucows/OpenSRS would be
contacting him about retrieving the domain name back to us.
