I don't see why.  Basically (AFAICT) DomainsByProxy.com is the owner of
the domain, and they just happen to be letting you use it as if it was
your own.

Same thing as if I registered a name with all my contact information and
let you use it.

I like the "This process is new and so unique that it is supported by
two patent applications."  It's hardly new, and not really unique.  The
email forwarding service they allude to is interesting, but not new ...
www.myprivacy.ca has been doing it for over a year now.
